DDS Announces $1.7 million Upgrade of European Customer. Schedules Q3 Earnings Release and Conference Call

Richmond, BC, October 18, 2010 – DDS Wireless International Inc. (“DDS or the Company”) announces today that it has received an initial $1.7 million order for the Company’s latest generation Vector 9000™ mobile data terminals (“MDT”). The order is from Taxis G7 of France, one of the Company’s largest customers that has been using DDS’s technology to build its business for over 8 years. Today Taxis G7 has over 5,000 vehicles in its fleet and the Company expects to finalize an agreement before the end of the year to supply G7 with further Vector 9000™ units. The current order will be deployed to approximately 20% of G7’s fleet and it is expected that half of this order will be delivered in the current year.

Richmond, BC, April 12, 2010 – DDS Wireless International Inc. announces today that its Transit business unit, StrataGen Systems Inc., has closed a significant contract with MTA New York City Transit (NYCT). Valued at over $900,000, the contract provides for additional functionality to the existing StrataGen ADEPT™ Software system allowing New York City Transit to gain greater scheduling efficiency while achieving longer term cost savings from the system. The Paratransit Division of NYCT currently schedules up to 27,000 trips per day through its Access-A-Ride service, all of which are managed and scheduled using StrataGen’s ADEPT™ Software. NYCT has been a customer of StrataGen for over seven years, and this contract follows on a contract award from NYCT announced in January for the integration of interactive voice response with StrataGen’s ADEPTTM installation.

DDS Wireless’ StrataGen Unit signs 2 contracts totaling $4.1 Million 

Richmond, BC, January 13, 2010 – DDS Wireless International Inc. announces today that its Transit business unit, StrataGen Systems Inc., has closed two significant contracts with existing customers with an aggregate value of $4.1 million.

The larger contract is with MTA New York City Transit (NYCT), a long-time StrataGen customer. Valued at $3.5 million, the contract is for the addition of Interactive Voice Response (IVR) into the existing StrataGen system installed at the Authority. The Paratransit Division of NYCT currently provides up to 27,000 daily trips through its Access-A-Ride™ service, all of which are managed and scheduled using StrataGen’s AdeptTM Software. This important system expansion assists in addressing NYCT’s stated objectives for the project – “to increase the efficiency of Paratransit operations and customer services, thereby improving service response and customer satisfaction while further reducing revenue vehicle mileage requirements.”
